The check-in process could use clearer instructions!!! The odd padlock for the door felt outdated, and the steep narrow stairs are quite a challenge!!! It's also not ideal for larger luggage!!! Please improve Wi-Fi access on the top floor!!!

The Superior Double Room was really charming! It had a lovely view of the chateau, and the decor was beautiful. The shower worked great, and I appreciated the spaciousness of the room. On the downside, the staircase to the top floor was pretty steep, so keep that in mind. Also, WiFi was a bit spotty in the top rooms. Still, the overall vibe was cozy and memorable!
